You may have a problem that feels overwhelming or symptoms that you are tired of dealing with alone. These issues and feelings might be difficult to share with people close to you. During each therapy session, a non-judgmental space is created between us where you can open up and express your self fully.
In your initial sessions we will discuss why you have come to therapy and what you wish to achieve. Together, we will collaborate and form a flexible road map for us to follow.
